Chief Operating Officer

The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for the organizational growth, profitability and efficiency of the agency. Implementing innovative programs and provides solutions that positively impact the industry of home health care. The position reports directly to the Executive Director.

Scheduler

The scheduler is responsible for maintaining clinical staff schedules. Ensure that all patient episodes are staffed per physician's orders. The scheduler may perform additional clerical and billing duties including: data input, maintenance of patient electronic medical records, and answering multi-line office phones.

Occupational Therapist

To perform initial and ongoing patient assessments. To perform skilled occupational therapy functions. To provide supervision and direction to the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) providing care in the certified home care. To act as case manager for occupational therapy only cases. This position reports to the Clinical Manager.

Physical Therapist

To coordinate care and provide skilled physical therapy to an assigned group of patients in the home setting. This position reports to the Clinical Manager.

RN Case Manager

Responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients following established standards and practices in the home setting. Functions as primary liaison between patients and physicians. This position reports to the Clinical Manager.

Physical Therapist Assistant

Responsible for providing skilled physical therapy interventions to patients following established orders and goals, and based on standards of practice. The PTA works under the ongoing supervision of the Physical Therapist. This position reports to the Clinical Manager.

PRN Speech Therapist

To perform initial and ongoing patient assessments for patients with cognitive, communication and swallowing disorders
